Flower Mound Dentist Ups Patient Services with Web Communicationsde

FLOWER MOUND, TX — This past January, Flower Mound dentist Dr. Jonathan J. Golab, DDS acquired the services of Demandforce to better serve his patients in between appointments. Using the Demandforce Dental communication system the Texas dentist plans on streamlining appointments and corresponding with patients beyond the confines of his office.

Demandforce allows Dr. Golab to send communications such as email, newsletters, and text messages to his patients. Handy emails and text messages like appointment reminders and post treatment follow-ups are conveniently delivered to patients on their phones and/or their personal email address.

The patient communication system also allows patients to reschedule and confirm appointments to ensure the appointment is not an inconvenience to the patient. On a personal side of things, Demandforce lets Dr. Golab and his team wish patients a happy birthday and send thoughtful messages such as hygiene tips and friendly reminders to patients in-between appointments.
